Holy Trinity participated in the biggest primary school football event in East Kent on Saturday at Upton Primary School. In awful weather conditions, Trinity performed extremely well and came 2nd in the 1st group stage - defeating Upton 2-0, Monkton 1-0 and drawing 0-0 with Cliftonville. The only loss came against the impressive St. Gregory's team 2-0.
In the second group stage - Holy Trinity once again held their own and continued their good form by beating St Josephs 1-0. Narrow defeats to St Peters and Dame Janet were followed with an excellent 3-0 victory over the eventual winners Draper Mills, thanks to a superb Ralph Toller hat-trick.
Overall, it was another brilliant team display full of determination and hard work. Special praise must go to James Karim who has shown real progress over the past 6 weeks as GK!
